Delivery
Free UK delivery is included in all listed prices. Allow 3 days for production and a further 3–4 days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you and refund your order.
Returns & cancellation
For these standard, non-personalised products, you can cancel before dispatch or tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Making a standard item to order does not remove this right.
Contact the business using the details above with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. A cancellation message can say: “I give notice that I cancel my order for [product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number].” We will provide the return address; do not send returns to the manufacturer without instructions.
For a change of mind, you pay the direct return postage cost. Handle the print only as needed to inspect it; a refund may be reduced for loss of value caused by excessive handling. Refunds use the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any standard outbound delivery charge is also refunded; delivery here is free.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. You have statutory rights, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. These terms do not limit your consumer rights.
